Sustainability is very important to me and not just a fashion trend, but a matter close to my heart:

• Products from the buffet from the region as far as possible and consciously avoiding plastic as far as possible
• Juice bar thus avoiding waste from Tetrapak
• Mobility card valid from 1 May to 31 October for free use of all public transport in Pinzgau
• Cab voucher worth Euro 10,- when traveling by public transport
• E-charging station for your car
• Lockable bike room incl. charging facilities for e-bikes
• "Nature in the garden" certified garden
• Ski depot in the Kaprun Center - direct access to the glacier, accessible by ski bus - another reason to leave the car behind
• Certification for the Austrian Ecolabel currently in process

What is the Tauern Spa all about?

• the Tauern Spa is a spa hotel with a public spa area
• our guests enjoy free admission to the Tauern Spa including the sauna area
• the Tauern Spa is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm

• there is the possibility to eat in the Genussallee (self-service buffet) or in the sauna bistro

How do I get my Tauern Spa admission ticket?

• You will receive this from us on the day of arrival and is valid every day except on the day of departure
• Our guests have guaranteed access until 11.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m., i.e. there is also space for you on days with no reservations

What is the Zell am See-Kaprun summer card or Mobility card?

• the Zell am See-Kaprun card is your ticket for experiences, excursions and attractions
• Valid from May 15 to October 31
• the integrated mobility card guarantees you free use of all public transport

How do I get the summer card?

• the best way is to download the Zell am See-Kaprun app and register using the same e-mail address as your booking
• on the day of arrival the card will be activated as soon as you check in with us
• if you want to arrive by public transport, let us know and we will activate the mobility card for your arrival
• or old school ;-) printed out at our reception desk

Where else can I get information?

• Simone serves you every day at breakfast and is on hand with help and advice
• our in-house guest app informs you about everything concerning Simone's Platzerl
• you will also find an ALEXA in your room which is filled with all the information about your vacation
• the Zell am See-Kaprun APP offers you all the information about your vacation in summer and winter
• in the village center there is the tourist office Kaprun, which will be happy to provide you with brochures etc., should you find them in the house
