Since 1976 you will find everything you could wish for and more than you expect at the Pension St. Georg in Kaprun!

And since 2005, Simone has been in charge of the pension, which has been freshly renovated and given a facelift of a special kind.

and that's why the Pension St. Georg became Simone's Platzerl.

Celebrate 2025 with us! 20 years of Simone and her Platzerl - 12 months full of memories and surprises!

• Every month there is a mini competition where a small prize is awarded. At the end of the year, all participants in the monthly promotions will be entered into the draw for the main prize.

• How to take part:

• Each month a different theme or promotion is announced
• Each participant posts their entries on Instagram or Facebook with the tag @simonesplatzerl and the hashtag #20JahreSimonesPlatzerl. Alternatively, you can also participate via DM or e-mail.

• Guests on site have the opportunity to enter the race as "experience hunters".

  • February: "Your best winter moment" (share a photo of snow or skiing fun).
  • March: "Your favorite dish" (a photo of your favorite meal in Kaprun/Simone's Platzerl)
  • April: "Spring awakening" (nature is awakening in the valley and there is snow above)
  • May: "Throwback moment" (share old memories from Kaprun/Simone's Platzerl).
  • June: "Raffael turns 10 years old" (What occasions are you celebrating?)
  • July: "Summer adventures" (What makes summer in Kaprun lovable for you?)
  • August: "Holiday rituals" (What do you always do on your vacation in Kaprun?)
  • September: "Autumn colors" (The most beautiful nature shot in autumn).
  • October: "Good stories" (Share a funny or emotional anecdote from your vacation).
  • November: "Pure anticipation" (Plan your next vacation and tell us what you want to experience).
  • December: "20 years - a look back" (What does Simone's Platzerl mean to you?)
